Amy Voss joined Ambrosino Law Group as an associate in 2018. Since joining the firm, she has assisted countless individuals in managing complex financial and parenting issues arising from relationship breakdowns. Amy is a confident negotiator who assists clients in resolving even the hardest-to-settle cases. When a negotiated solution is not possible, Amy is an experienced advocate and has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining Ambrosino Law Group, Amy completed her articles at a well-known downtown Toronto legal clinic serving survivors of gender-based violence. While there, she assisted staff counsel on an intervention to the Supreme Court of Canada in a complex family law case involving international relocation.

Amy received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall, where she worked in the Family Law division at Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP), gaining hands on experience assisting and representing family law litigants and solidifying her passion for the practice area. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students’ Canada Family Law Project and Family Law Rotation Project, where she assisted self-represented family law litigants in drafting their court documents.

Amy is passionate about finding enduring solutions for clients and their families post-separation. She is devoted to her clients and will work with them to achieve the best results as quickly and efficiently as possible. Amy understands that her clients are often coming to her at a low point in their lives and her balance of compassion, expertise, and practicality is designed to help them move on with their lives.

Amy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
